Information about right to retract

Article 1. Scope of the right to retract

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of retraction of seven (7) days for products and services, with the exception of the products mentioned below.

The customer may waive this deadline in case he can not move and where simultaneously he would need to call upon an immediate service and necessary to its requirements.

The aforementioned period runs from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services.

In the event that the seven (7) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it will be extended until the last working day.

However, the following products or services can not be the subject of a right of withdrawal from the customer:

Services whose execution began with the client's authorization.

Article 2. Terms of exercise of the right to retract

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer entails no penalty.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the customer within thirty (30) days from the date on which this right is exercised by the customer.

The refund of the customer will be made by any means of payment.

The refund of the customer will include the refund of any paid sum, including the expenses of shipping of the product, excluding the expenses of return.
