Cancellation of an invitation

If you can cancel an invitation for a conference that has not yet taken place, invitations just before the conference will not be sent, and a notification (email or SMS) will be sent to the participants to inform them of the cancellation of the meeting.

Create a new conference room

You can add a new conference room to your account, if you need to do several simultaneous conferences or if you want to divide the access between your different teams or services.

If you choose Billing by hour credit : At the end of each conference, the cumulative duration of each participant (to the nearest second) will be deducted from the hour credit associated with this conference room. You have to top up the room by buying time packs or by transferring credits from another room.
If you choose Pay as you go : At the end of each conference, the conference cost (corresponding to the cumulative duration of each participant) will be automatically debited from your bank account via the registered credit card.

You can have as many conference rooms as you want, the cummulative usage on each of your rooms is charged monthly.
