To record a conference, the organizer should, after entering the organizer code, press 2 to open and record the conference (instead of pressing 1 to open the conference without recording). Participants call the usual number and type their attendee code.
The recording is done on the organizer’s line. If he hangs up, the recording stops even if the conference continues with the other attendees. The organizer must remain connected during the entire conference for it to be fully recorded.
Recording of a conference does not incur any additional cost, this is completely free of charge.
Please note that audio recording of a conference is only available for 90 days after the end of the conference.

You can add a new conference room to your account, if you need to do several simultaneous conferences or if you want to divide the access between your different teams or services.

If you choose Billing by hour credit : At the end of each conference, the cumulative duration of each participant (to the nearest second) will be deducted from the hour credit associated with this conference room. You have to top up the room by buying time packs or by transferring credits from another room.
If you choose Pay as you go : At the end of each conference, the conference cost (corresponding to the cumulative duration of each participant) will be automatically debited from your bank account via the registered credit card.

Here, you can rename your conference room. The name of the conference room has no impact on the service, it is just there to help you provide more details (topic, team or service name, …)

Assign a dedicated phone number to your account allows the personalization of the welcome message. It can be used on all your conference rooms. The conference rooms will remain accessible with the same organizer and guest codes.

The assignment of a number dedicated to your account will be charged per month, even if there is no traffic on your rooms.

On this page, you can assign a dedicated phone number to your conference room. This allows the customization of the welcome message and the conference call without guest code for the ateendees.
The guest code of this room will be deleted, it is no longer necessary.

Because the audio file containing the recording is too large to send as an attachment, a direct access URL (without going through the login form) to a page containing the audio recording of the conference will be sent immediately.

Before you delete the recording, we recommend that you download it to your computer if you want to keep a copy.
The deletion is irreversible, once deleted, it will no longer be possible to recover the recording. Participants will no longer have access to it either.
